Kelowna Chef Siobhan Detkavich is the youngest and first Indigenous woman to ever compete on Top Chef Canada. Originally from Vancouver Island, she worked as the Chef de Partie at the esteemed Terrace Restaurant at the Mission Hill Family Estate Winery. In addition to interests in astrology, she loves nothing more than learning about and sharing Indigenous cuisine, hoping to see it rise even further in popularity. Her resume also boasts the fact that she is one of the youngest Red Seal certified chefs in Canada. Siobhan has an energetic, animated presence, full of skills and knowledge she loves to share!
