Driven by his desire and ambition to be the best in the business, Guyanese, Canadian Chef Devan Rajkumar (aka Chef Dev) has no boundaries when it comes to culinary exploration. Chef Dev is on a mission to create food worth sharing that modernizes the craft, traditions, and tastes of East and West Indian cuisines. After training in the hospitality industry and chasing new flavors around the world, he found himself reconnecting with his culinary roots. Chef Dev has many experiences as an established media personality, including being a food expert on Cityline, a judge on Food Network Canada’s Fire Masters, and hosting pop-ups with chef peers both locally and internationally. He has spent months traveling abroad, cooking in India, London, Peru and Dubai, to gain more experience and share his craft with people around the world. Chef Dev wrote a cookbook called Mad Love that reimagines traditional East and West Indian dishes and challenge you to expand your palate.
