Gusto Worldwide Media (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Gusto”) has established this Privacy Notice to outline how we collect, store, use, and disclose personal information of users of our App, Gusto TV (the “App”).
Gusto respects individual privacy and recognizes the need for appropriate protection and management of our customers’ personal information.
In this Privacy Notice, Personal Information means any information that can be used to identify you, either alone or in combination with other information (“Personal Information”).
Personal Information We Collect and How We Use It
When you interact with us through our App, we may collect the following Personal Information from you:
- Contact Information: such as your name and email address;
- Account Credentials: such as user name and password, which we use to provide you access to your account;
- Information about you that you choose to provide to us: such as your location, gender, and age range, in order for us to better understand our viewers, to tailor our offerings based on viewer preferences, and to improve our services on the App;

- Technical Information: Our App may collect URL information, online identifiers (such as cookie data and IP addresses), information about your device such as device IDs, network connection type (e.g., wifi, 4G, LTE, Bluetooth), provider, network and device performance information, browser type, language, information enabling digital rights management, operating system, and application version. We use this information to help us understand activity on our App and to monitor and improve our services.
You may refuse to provide us with your Personal Information. However, some Personal Information is necessary to fulfill our services. In these cases, we may not be able to provide you with the services available on the App.
