With a long television food bio behind the camera, Poppy’s passion for culinary pursuits led her first into managing catering for a local Toronto food empire. Since then, she’s made the jump back into production, working and honing her skills in the Culinary departments for some of the country’s biggest food shows. Poppy has an insatiable food curiosity, which has led her to travel to over 30 countries, always fascinated by regional and cultural dishes.
Poppy’s never met a dessert she didn’t like and is always on the lookout for new and exciting things to eat.
