Pailin Chongchitnant has always felt at home in the kitchen, and fondly recalls spending her childhood afternoons squeezing fresh coconut milk and grinding pork. Born and raised in Southern Thailand, she attended Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, and is the creator and host of both Hot Thai Kitchen and Pai’s Kitchen – popular YouTube cooking shows with an instructional approach. Pailin currently lives in Vancouver with her husband, where she releases new episodes of her shows weekly. If she had to choose one last meal, it would be her grandma’s Hainanese chicken rice.
