Micah fell in love with food and cuisine as child, learning about both modern Canadian and old school Caribbean cooking from her family. This passion led her to a classical culinary education at George Brown College, with a focus on nutrition. As a private chef and caterer, Micah has spent much of her career working with families in need. These days, she is teaching and filming cooking segments for Toronto’s Cityline.
