Chef Kimberly Lallouz started her professional career in the fashion industry yet always had one foot in the restaurant business. Coupled with her love of cooking from a very young age & desire to please, she chose to trade in her high heels for a pair of kitchen clogs and switch industries as she knew what she was passionate about and yearned to be living it daily.
An ambitious restauranteur and successful businesswoman from Montreal, Chef Kimberly opened her first business in 2010. With the expansion of her culinary empire growing on social media, she opened several more restaurants focusing on original dishes, fair prices, and fresh produce. In 2016, she starred in a cooking show “Les Garden-Partys de Kimberly” and is now bringing her knowledge, passion, and love for food to One Big Recipe and Holiday Eatz.
