Originaly from Ottawa, Lauren has always dreamed of hosting a cooking show. After attending culinary school at Algonquin Colege, Lauren convinced the chef of her favourite restaurant, the Wel ington Gastropub, to give her a shot and worked under his supervisi on for two years. Lauren perfected her culinary craft i n some of the industry’s best kitchens i n Ottawa, Prince Edward County, British Columbia and Ottawa, Prince Edward County, British Columbia and Costa Rica.
After years of working behind the scenes in restaurants, Lauren i s now focusing on her food televi sion career. She loves to inspi re viewers to expand their culinary skil s, while having fun doing it. Her culinary phil osophy is to “Cook and be Fabulous.”
