Emile Roy-Foster is a next-generation fishmonger turned entrepreneur and the general manager of his family’s seafood market and restaurant, Pelican Seafood Market and Grill in Ottawa, Canada. A Queen’s University engineering graduate, Emile returned to the family business with a clear vision for its future. His thoughtful proposal for innovation and growth led to his role as general manager, where he works alongside his father, Jim Foster, and uncle, Marc Roy, to carry on the legacy of his grandfather, Gilles Roy, founder of Pelican.
