Theresa was born in Singapore and spent her early years in Toronto before moving to Australia. Growing up, Theresa’s parents ran local restaurants on Sydney’s northern beaches which provided a gathering place for her extended family, but Theresa never thought she would work in the food industry.
This all changed when Theresa met her Italian husband and his food-loving family. Exposed to new cuisines, her fondness for the kitchen was renewed and she began experimenting with recipes, avidly watching cooking shows and pouring over cooking magazines. As a former Masterchef Australia competitor, Theresa is always up for a culinary challenge. She currently lives in Vancouver with her family.
