CombiNATION Plates
CombiNATION Plates is a new show where the hosts create two classic culinary dishes from two different cultures then combines them to create one stunning plate. Set in an avant-garde kitchen, the show features high-concept visual design to create haute-quality plating that has never, ever, been seen before.
Your hosts include Bianca Osbourne, a trained chef and savvy young food innovator, and Craig Wong, skilled and talented chef/restaurateur, celebrated for his innovative, border-smashing style. Both hosts share a world of passion for these foods and cultures.
Bianca Osbourne is fun, sassy, outspoken, and quick with her signature knowing smile. A child of Caribbean immigrants, the Edmonton, Canada native is now based in Toronto where she teaches Food Media and Business at Centennial College.
Craig Wong is the Chef and owner of Patois Toronto, an Asian-Caribbean restaurant and the executive chef at Ting Irie, Dubai’s first Jamaican restaurant.
