Rota’s experience in the culinary industry made him the perfect fit to host The Edible Road Show, where he traveled across Canada to find the country’s best cuisine. In 2001, Rota was nominated for a Gemini Award for best host. He was also nominated the James Beard Award for excellence in culinary journalism.
