Almond Cherry Oat Sleep Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- ¾ cup almond butter
- ¾ cup tart dry cherries
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup date purée (like Madame Labriski brand)
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.
- Squeeze and roll the mixture into bite size balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter. If the mixture doesn’t stick together add water one tablespoon at a time.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or up to 3 months in the freezer.
