Almond Cherry Oat Sleep Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • ¾ cup tart dry cherries
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup date purée (like Madame Labriski brand)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.
  2. Squeeze and roll the mixture into bite size balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter. If the mixture doesn’t stick together add water one tablespoon at a time.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or up to 3 months in the freezer.
