Ottawa, Canada, April, 2019 -Gusto Worldwide Media is proud to announce that Spencer’s BIG Holiday has won a James Beard award in the Special (on TV or
Online) category. The prestigious honour was accepted by chef Spencer Watts and Production Manager Steph Brown at the James Beard Media Awards dinner that took place on Friday, April 26 in New York City.
This is the second James Beard Award win for Spencer’s BIG Holiday creator and
executive producer Chris Knight. Previously, Fish the Dish, also hosted by Spencer
Watts, won a 2017 James Beard Award for Television Program, in Studio or Fixed
Location.
