Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chulpe dry corn
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • Black pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Sea salt

Method:

  1. Crush Garlic and toss with corn, olive oil salt and pepper.
  2. Place in a 400* F oven until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
  3. Remove from oven and toss in the paprika and finish with sea salt
