2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
¼ cup (60 ml) wildflower honey
1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) chili flakes
2 pounds (900 g) carrots, trimmed and sliced lengthwise into halves, tops kept on
Oil, for grill
Method:
Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Mix together olive oil, honey, salt, and chili flakes. Brush on carrots. Cook carrots on oiled grill until tender, flipping once.
