Tonkatsu Sauce

Ingredients:
¼ cup (60ml) ketchup
2 tablespoons (30ml) Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons (30ml) sugar
1 tablespoon (15ml) mirin
1 tablespoon (15ml) soy sauce
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together. Adjust the seasoning to your liking.
