Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
- 3/4 cup (185 mL) heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons (45 mL) icing sugar
Directions
- In a bowl, lightly beat the mascarpone with a wooden spoon to soften. Add the scraped vanilla seeds. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with the icing sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone in 3 separate additions. Set aside in the refrigerator.
