Garlic Ginger Paste
Get this easy Indian staple with 3 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 3 – inch (7.5cm) piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 10 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
- ¼ cup water (60ml)
Directions
- Put the ginger and garlic in a mini food processor. Add ¼ cup of water (50ml) and process to a smooth paste.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
