Garlic Ginger Paste

Get this easy Indian staple with 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 3 – inch (7.5cm) piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 10 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup water (60ml)

Directions

  1. Put the ginger and garlic in a mini food processor. Add ¼ cup of water (50ml) and process to a smooth paste.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
