Four Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

¼ cup (60ml) butter

1 ¼ cups (300ml) 10% cream

¼ cup (60ml) gorgonzola cheese. Crumbled

½ cup (120ml) pecorino cheese, finely grated

¼ cup (60ml) fontina cheese, finely grated

½ cup (120ml) parmesan cheese, finely grated

Pinch of white pepper

 

Method

Heat frying pan over medium-high heat and melt butter.

Add cream, and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat.

Add 4 cheeses gradually, stirring constantly.

Season with white pepper.
