Ingredients

  • 5 dried red chilies
  • 1/3 cup of dried flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of malt vinegar

Directions

  1. Place the chilies, coconut and vinegar into a spice blender or mini chopper and mix to a paste.
  2. If necessary, add splashes of water to get the texture desired.
