Chutney Paste
Part 2 of Fish in Red Chili Chutney
Ingredients
- 5 dried red chilies
- 1/3 cup of dried flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of malt vinegar
Directions
- Place the chilies, coconut and vinegar into a spice blender or mini chopper and mix to a paste.
- If necessary, add splashes of water to get the texture desired.
