Alberta Beef Barbecue Rub

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons chili powder (Mexican, chimayo mild, ancho or some other chili powder, not supermarket brand)
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- ¼ cup paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup ball park mustard
