Ingredients
- Juice of 2 limes
- ¼ cup liquid honey (60ml)
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves chiffonade (125ml)
- 1 ripe honeydew melon
- 1 large ripe cantaloupe
- 1 small seedless watermelon or ½ of a large
Special tools:
- Melon baller
Directions
- In a small bowl mix together the limejuice, honey and mint.
- Cut the honeydew, watermelon and cantaloupe in half.
- Remove and discard any seeds from the melon.
- Using a melon baller, make balls from the melons and place in a bowl.
- Drizzle melon balls with honey dressing.
- Serve cold.
