Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (350 ml) mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juice

 

Method:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Add the coleslaw mix, parsley and fresh dill. Toss to combine.
  2. Let sit for 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour) in the refrigerator, mix again, then serve immediately.
