Tartar 2 Ways: Asian Style
Ingredients:
- ½ cup chopped salmon
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 dash siracha sauce
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together. Serve with rice crackers or cucumber slices.
