Tartar 2 Ways: Asian Style

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chopped salmon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 dash siracha sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with rice crackers or cucumber slices.
