- Graza Frizzle High Heat Cooking Oil
- Blackstone BBQ Seasoning
- Blackstone Taco Seasoning
- ½ C Red Onion, thinly shaved
- ¼ C Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 6-8 Mission Corn and Wheat Blend Tortillas
- 2C Mexican Blend Cheese, Shredded
- 1C BBQ Sauce
- 2/3 C Red Enchilada Sauce
- 1 Lime, Juice
- 1C Shredded Cabbage
- 1/8 C Pickled Jalapeños
- 3Tbsp Cilantro, Picked
- ¼ C Ranch Dressing
