
Makes 500ml
Ingredients:
1 bulb of black garlic
5-6 sprigs of thyme
1 tbsp of flaked sea salt
500ml warm olive oil
Method:
Remove the skin from the black garlic cloves and slice the cloves to fit into the opening of your bottle.
Place whole sprigs of thyme and salt into the same bottle as the black garlic.
Heat olive oil in a small pot over low heat just until warm.
Once the olive oil is warm, using a funnel, pour the warm olive oil into the bottle.
Use within a week of making.
