Pan Seared Sea Bass With Lemon

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) grapeseed oil
  • 4 5-ounce (142 g) striped bass fillets, skin on
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ lemon, to garnish

 


 

Method:

Heat grapeseed oil in a non-stick pan over high heat.

Season sea bass fillets with salt and pepper and place in pan skin side down.

Once the skin is crispy, flip, cook for 1 minute, and transfer to a serving dish.

Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
