Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lamb loin trimmed of fat cut into 1 inch squares (907g)
- 1 cup store bought or homemade Tzatziki sauce (250ml)
- Olive oil for brushing
- Tin foil
- Salt and pepper
- 6 pitas or 15 mini pitas
- 10 bamboo skewers soaked in cool water for 30 minutes.
Marinade:
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (60ml)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (45ml)
- 1½ tablespoons fresh oregano (22.5ml)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped garlic (15ml)
- ¼ cup grated Spanish onion (60ml)
