Fresh Egg Pasta

Ingredients:

100 grams (3.5 ounces) all-purpose flour

200 grams (7 ounces) 00 flour

1 whole egg

2 egg yolks

1 teaspoon (5ml) salt

5 tablespoons (75ml) warm water

1 teaspoon (5ml) of olive oil

 

Method:

Combine two flours in a bowl.

Add oil and salt to flour, and mix.

Slowly add eggs and water.

Stir in circular motion to combine all the ingredients until dough forms a ball.

Mix dough until ingredients are combined, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

Wrap dough in plastic wrap and cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes before using.
