Potatoes:
- 8 large fingerling or 12 baby potatoes, skin on
- ½ cup (125ml) duck fat
- ½ cup (125ml) chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper

- 2 premade whole legs of duck confit

- 2 tsp (10 ml) soy sauce
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, skin on smashed

- Preheat oven to 375F (190°C)
- Remove skin from duck and shred meat from the leg. Reserve.
