Cobb Salad

Ingredients:

4 cups crisp lettuce (ie. romaine/iceberg) chopped in thin shreds (1000 ml)

1 cup ham, sliced (250 ml)

1 cup chicken, sliced (250 ml)

3 hard boiled eggs

9 pieces of crispy bacon

1 cup shredded jack cheese (250 ml)

2 avocados sliced

3 tomatoes cut into wedges

2 heads Boston Bibb lettuce

 

Method:

Place 2 Boston bibb lettuce leafs on top of each other to create a salad “bowl”. Repeat to have 6 rounds.

Top the lettuce with shredded crisp lettuce and an equal amount of salad ingredients.

Drizzle with ranch or dressing of choice.

Roll it up and enjoy!
