Ingredients:

1 cup (240 ml) Parsley

1 tablespoon (15 ml) Oregano

2 cloves Garlic

2 tablespoons (30 ml) Red wine vinegar

½ cup (120 ml) Olive oil

1 teaspoon (5 ml) Chili flake

Salt and pepper, to season

 

Method:

Finely hand chopped parsley, oregano, garlic.

Add vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Add olive oil, and mix.

Add chili flakes then put in a jar to reserve.
