Yield: 4 servings
ingredients:
- ¼ cup (60 ml) yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon zest
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into large cubes
method:
Mix together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, and salt. Add chicken pieces, cover, and refrigerate 4 hours.
Remove chicken from fridge and thread onto skewers. Cook on a barbeque or in a grill pan for 12-15 minutes, turning to cook all sides.
