Ingredients
2 Bananas
½ cup orange juice (125ml)
2 fresh mangos peeled and pitted or Strawberries
Juice of one or 2 limes to taste
1½ cups yogurt low fat (375ml) or you can substitute soy milk
Handful of ice
Optional:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Blackberry
Raspberry
Peach
Pineapple
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and whirl away until all is smooth.
Serve chilled.
