Ingredients:
1 scoop rooibos tea or tea bag
Method:
Add a scoop of loose leaf rooibos tea to a tea diffuser, or add a tea bag of rooibos, to a mug or cup.
Heat water in a kettle until boiling.
Pour water over tea leaves or bag.
Let steep for 5-10 minutes.
Remove tea leaves or bag.
Drink on its own or with honey and lemon, or milk and sugar.
