Power Pear Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 medium Bartlett pears, cored and diced

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon (15ml) cashew butter

3/4 cup (120ml) almond milk

1 tablespoon (15ml) veggie protein powder (optional)

 

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
