Maple Water Smoothie

1 cup (240ml) maple water

1 cup (240ml) frozen strawberries

1 cup (240ml) frozen mango

1 cup (240ml) kale

1 cup (240ml) spinach

½ avocado

1 scoop veggie protein powder (optional)

 

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth.
