Ingredients:
½ inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
2 cups (480ml) water, boiled
1 stalk lemongrass, trimmed, and gently crushed with a rolling pin
1 teaspoon (5ml) honey
Method:
In a teapot, add honey, ginger, and lemongrass. Pour over boiled water.
Steep for 10 minutes.
