Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- ½ cup orange juice (125ml)
- 2 fresh mangos peeled and pitted or Strawberries
- Juice of one or 2 limes to taste
- 1½ cups yogurt low fat (375ml) or you can substitute soy milk
- Handful of ice
Optional:
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Blackberry
- Raspberry
- Peach
- Pineapple
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and whirl away until all is smooth.
- Serve chilled.
