What Ever Is Fresh Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • ½ cup orange juice (125ml)
  • 2 fresh mangos peeled and pitted or Strawberries
  • Juice of one or 2 limes to taste
  • 1½ cups yogurt low fat (375ml) or you can substitute soy milk
  • Handful of ice

Optional:

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberry
  • Raspberry
  • Peach
  • Pineapple

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and whirl away until all is smooth.
  2. Serve chilled.
