Ingredients:
2 sugar cubes
6 mint leaves
8 fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
1 mini cucumber
2 ounces (60 ml) white rum
Ice cubes
Club soda
Method:
Muddle sugar cubes and mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass. Add raspberries and muddle to break up. Add lime juice. Add white rum and stir. Peel cucumber lengthwise into long strips using a vegetable peeler and add to glass. Add ice cubes and top up with club soda.
