Ingredients
- 4 Kiwis peeled and cubed
- 2 lbs. honey dew melon (1kg)
- 3 tablespoons sugar (45 ml) more or less depending on the sweetness of fruit
- ½ cup fresh lime juice (125ml)
- 1 cup crushed ice (250ml)
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint (30 ml)
Directions
- Dissolve the sugar in the lime juice.
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with mint in a big glass.
