Kiwi Melon Frosty

Ingredients

  • 4 Kiwis peeled and cubed
  • 2 lbs. honey dew melon (1kg)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (45 ml) more or less depending on the sweetness of fruit
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice (125ml)
  • 1 cup crushed ice (250ml)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint (30 ml)

Directions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in the lime juice.
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with mint in a big glass.
