Part 1 of Savoury Empanada
Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 40 g lard
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) salt
- Cold water
Directions
- Sift flour and add your salt then mix them together.
- Using your hands, rub shortening into dough until sandy texture.
- Add water and mix to form the dough.
