Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 40 g lard
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) salt
  • Cold water

Directions

  1. Sift flour and add your salt then mix them together.
  2. Using your hands, rub shortening into dough until sandy texture.
  3. Add water and mix to form the dough.
