Ground-Breaking. Contemporary. Refined: New series, Cook Like a Chef available for international release

Ottawa, Canada, September 3, 2020 – Gusto TV’s Cook Like a Chef will be available for international release September 6, 2020. A worldwide sensation, the original series spanned five seasons with 165 episodes and won a Gourmand cookbook award.

This newest season of Cook Like a Chef is more homage than a retread. With the same foundation, the show reveals modernist innovations and diverse cultural influences, connecting good food & good health.

Cook Like a Chef pioneered a unique style by bringing the crew on-camera and providing viewers with an up-close point of view. A sophisticated and fast-paced series, each episode focuses on a single ingredient with an expert chef explaining how to cook, not what to cook. Legacy episodes of Cook Like a Chef still top our viewer favourites, available on our international food channel Gusto TV and streamed on many major platforms throughout North America, Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America.

“Welcome to the evolution of food programming,” said Chris Knight, Executive Producer and CEO of Gusto Worldwide Media. “This is a series about how to cook, not what to cook. Visually stunning, a choreographed culinary dance.”

Gusto TV is and always has been a place where all cultures can come together to celebrate culinary traditions and differences. Food is the one true global language, and Gusto speaks all dialects.
