Ingredients:
1 x 28-ounce (796 ml) can peaches in juice (or substitute with fresh or frozen peaches)
3 cups (720 ml) ice
¼ cup (60 ml) chopped mint leaves
¼ cup (60 ml) honey
¼ teaspoon (1 ml) salt
Mint leaves, for garnish
Method:
Add canned peaches, ice, mint, honey, and salt to a blender. Blitz until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses with straws, and garnished with mint leaves.
