Crostini with Mango and Brie

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 8 slices of mango
  • 50 g of brie
  • Fresh mint
  • walnuts

Instructions

  1. Fry bread on the grill, in the oven, or in a skillet.
  2. Cut flat slices of brie.
  3. Place brie on warm bread slices.
  4. Lay slices of mango on top of brie.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Decorate with mint and walnuts.
