Candied Salmon Citrus Mousse
Recipe via BC Salmon Farmers Association.
A great addition to a holiday spread – add some healthy crackers and it is sure to be a hit
Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 500 ml cream cheese, spreadable
- 150 g candied salmon flaked
- 3 tbsp marmalade
- 6 tbsp sour cream
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and mash with a fork till smooth.
- Serve with your favorite croistinis or crackers.
