Candied Salmon Citrus Mousse

Recipe via BC Salmon Farmers Association.

A great addition to a holiday spread – add some healthy crackers and it is sure to be a hit

Yields: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 500 ml cream cheese, spreadable
  • 150 g candied salmon flaked
  • 3 tbsp marmalade
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and mash with a fork till smooth.
  2. Serve with your favorite croistinis or crackers.
