Blueberry Smoothie Bowl | Let’s Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (710 ml) blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 ½ cups (350 ml) coconut milk beverage (or other milk substitute)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) plain yogurt
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chia seeds
  • 1 lemon, juice
Toppings:
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Sliced bananas
  • Sliced kiwis
  • Cacao nibs

 


Method:

Place blueberries, avocado, coconut milk beverage, yogurt, dates, honey, chia seeds, and lemon juice in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Pour into a bowl, then artfully arrange as many toppings as you wish on top.
