Blueberry Smoothie Bowl | Let’s Brunch

Yield: 2-4 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 cups (710 ml) blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 avocado
- 1 ½ cups (350 ml) coconut milk beverage (or other milk substitute)
- ½ cup (120 ml) plain yogurt
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chia seeds
- 1 lemon, juice
Toppings:
- Fresh blueberries
- Sliced bananas
- Sliced kiwis
- Cacao nibs
Method:
Place blueberries, avocado, coconut milk beverage, yogurt, dates, honey, chia seeds, and lemon juice in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a bowl, then artfully arrange as many toppings as you wish on top.
