Balsamic Grilled Mushrooms

Ingredients

Mushrooms

  • 2 lbs of button mushrooms, cleaned
  • 3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place a grill basket on the barbecue and heat on high for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
  2. Toss all of the ingredients into a large bowl and toss to coat. Place the mushrooms directly into the hot grill basket. Toss and turn the mushrooms every 2 minutes until they are golden brown and evenly cooked.
