Ingredients:

4 large, ripe avocados
2/3 cup (160 ml) cocoa powder
2/3 cup (160 ml) honey
½ cup (120 ml) milk
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) salt
½ cup toasted sweetened shredded coconut, to garnish

Method:

Remove pit from avocados and scoop flesh into a blender. Add cocoa powder, honey, milk, vanilla, and salt to the blender. Blitz until thick and creamy, adjusting thickness with more milk if needed. Pour into 4 small serving dishes. Divide toasted coconut among 4 servings.
